How long will it take before my order arrives?
Cookies CBD Shipping Policy features rapid order processing with same day shipping for orders placed Monday – Friday before 2:30pm PST. Most orders will arrive in 2 to 3 business days with our standard shipping method.
How will my package be shipped
We place a very high value on your privacy, so your orders will always be shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Our packaging is inconspicuous with no indication of the contents on the outer packaging; no Cookies CBD logo, no product indications. The return label on your package will indicate "GMLC WLNS LLC", along with our address.

How do i obtain free shipping ?
Standard shipping is free to the U.S. on all products and orders over $200.
Will i have to sign for my package?
While an adult signature is required for orders $200 and greater, an “Indirect Signature” option is available for most locations. The Indirect Signature service will not require you to be home when the carrier attempts to deliver your package. Please contact us for further details.

WHAT IS CBD?
Cannabindiol (CBD) is a naturally occurring substance found in hemp and cannabis plants. It delivers healing properties without giving you a "high" feeling. CBD is popularly known as an antioxidant, anticonvulsant, antipsychotic, and anti-tumoral.
Do cookies product contain THC?
Our Cookies CBD products are tested to ensure they contain less than 0.3% THC.
How do i find the best strain for my need?
Finding the perfect strain for you may take some trial and error. It is important to know how your body reacts to THC and CBD. Taking note of how a strain affects your mood and productivity is also crucial. If you have problems with anxiety and notice that THC-rich sativas put you on edge, a lower THC-to-CBD ratio might be better for you. If you want to increase your concentration or physical activity, a high CBD strain might not be the best option.
Why strains specific/flavors
Cookies CBD is modeled after the terpene profiles of some of our favorite strains. We deconstructed the terpene profiles of Cereal Milk, Gelatti and London Pound Cake 75 and then reconstructed them based on their specific terpene ratios.
Where is your hemp grown
The hemp used in our products is grown in Oregon.
What is the shelf life of your product?
When properly stored, nearly all Cookies CBD products have an 18 month shelf life. Our CBD flower products have a 12 month shelf life.
Can CBD make you sleep?
CBD helps you relax, but whether it makes you sleepy depends on the person! CBD is an anxiolytic, meaning it helps stop anxiety and calms the mind and body. However, a few people find CBD actually activates their brain.
